Dr. Lei received his BS (2012) and Ph. D. degree (2017) from East ChinaUniversity of Science and Technology (ECUST). In 2018, he joined FudanUniversity as a postdoctoral fellow, where he got the grant of the NationalPostdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents. In 2020, he joined the School ofPharmacy, Fudan University as an introduced talent to be a youth principleinvestigator. His research interests focus on the design and synthesis offluorescent dyes for bioimaging and biosensing. He has published several highimpact research papers focused on dye chemistry.
