Dr. Yan Lu obtained her Ph.D. from Fudan University in 2006 and then joined the faculty of Department of Pharmacognosy, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University. From 2011 to 2012, she worked as a visiting scholar in the National Products Research Lab, Eshelman School of Pharmacy, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Lu is interested in the research on anti-tumor, anti-virus and anti-complement constituents from natural products, as well as the development and quality control of Chinese herbal medicine. She is also a council member of the Specialty Committee of TCM Pharmacognosy of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies and the Specialty Committee of TCM of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Association.
