主要科研贡献
3.建立了多种体内药物浓度的测定方法,药物涉及多种类别,包括小分子蛋白(多肽)药物的测定,比如建立了测定人血中和尿中重组双功能水蛭素方法,该方法具有准确、灵敏,选择性好,血浆用量少等优点,成功应用于该药物的临床试验和研究。
4.开展了多个药物的质量标准研究,在此过程中,通过定性定量分析为合成工艺的改进提供了非常重要的帮助,为药品的质量控制提供了合理有用的方法。
5.近年来开始进入疾病的代谢组学研究领域,目前运用代谢组学方法对CTCL生物标志物进行研究、已经筛寻得到数十个潜在的生物标志物。 通过代谢组学的研究将为疾病的诊断提供依据,进一步可展望靶点药物研发。
6.发表论文50余篇,申请专利6项(获得授权4项)。
7.培养的博士生2人; 培养硕士生15人,获得上海市优秀硕士毕业论文1人,上海市优秀硕士毕业生1人。
