The 1st Competition of Achievements in Industry, Research, Education and Medicine for Health and Nanotechnology was held on Dec 9, 2016 in Shanghai. More than 170 projects participated in this competition. Professor Weiyue Lu of Department of Pharmaceutics was invited to give a speech in the summit forum on the topic of "Application of tumor-targeted materials in nanoscale drug delivery systems".
Three projects from the Department of Pharmaceutics of our School, "Peptide-mediated non-invasive gene delivery in the eye" by Weiyue Lu and Gang Wei, "Development and production of paclitexal-albumin complex injections" by Xinguo Jiang, Qizhi Zhang and Wei Lu as well as "Actively-targeted liposomes for ischemic stroke" by Jianxin Wang and Jing Qin won Second and Third Prizes, respectively.
