Dr. Qi-zhi Zhang obtained her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Fudan University in 2003. She has been a professor at the Department of Pharmaceutics, Fudan University since 2012. She is also an editorial board member of Chinese Pharmaceutical journal, Committee member of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Association. Research interests include increasing the therapeutic effects of drugs to Alzheimer's disease and brain metastasis by using mutli-functioned nanoparticles through systemic administration, industrialization of nano preparation, and development of new preparations via nasal route. Dr. Zhang has composed 8 books and published 53 papers in Sci. She has applied 10 invention patents, 2 of which were certificated. She has been awarded the Natural Science Award of Ministry of Education and Shanghai.
