2017年3月22日下午，来自以色列魏茨曼科学研究所的Tony Futerman教授、Israel Silman教授和Joel Sussman教授在中国科学院上海药物研究所药物发现与设计中心许叶春研究员的陪同下到访复旦大学药学院，受到院长王明伟研究员的热情接待。王院长愉快地讲述了他早年在该研究所接受分子生物学技术培训时的美好记忆并请以色列客人代向他当年的带教老师Michael Sela教授和Edna Mozes教授致以诚挚的问候。双方围绕双向学生交流及潜在科研合作进行了深入的探讨。会谈后，以色列嘉宾在王院长的陪同下参观了国家化合物样品库。
Honorable Israeli guests visit Fudan School of Pharmacy
Accompanied by Professor Yechun Xu of Drug Discovery and Design Center, Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Drs. Tony Futerman, Israel Silman and Joel L. Sussman from Weizmann Institute of Science (Rehovot, Israel) visited School of Pharmacy, Fudan University in the afternoon of March 22, 2017. They were warmly received by Professor Ming-Wei Wang (Dean) who happily recalled his fond memories at Weizmann where he received training in molecular biology in the late 1980’s. Dr. Wang asked the Israeli guests to convey his best wishes to Professor Michael Sela and Professor Edna Mozes with whom he was trained. The two sides then discussed in detail about bilateral student exchange and potential research collaboration. After the meeting, Dr. Wang accompanied the guests to visit the Chinese National Compound Library.
