2017年1月18日上午，复旦大学—必康生技（香港）股份有限公司合作协议签约仪式在复旦大学药学院晶晖厅举行。仪式由复旦大学药学院副院长孙逊教授主持，必康生技（香港）股份有限公司董事长郑天行先生和共同创办人邓慧孙先生、复旦大学科技处赵瑞华博士、复旦大学药学院院长王明伟研究员、复旦大学药学院王永辉教授（兼任上海药物创制产业化开发中心化学部主任）、蒋晨教授、孙涛副研究员和韩丽妹博士等参加了签约仪式。郑天行先生在致辞中简要介绍了该合作项目的临床意义和市场前景。王明伟院长和孙逊副院长分别从不同角度讲述了复旦药学院近期在基础研究、平台建设、药物开发和人才培养等方面所取得的突出进展，希望以此项目为契机共同促进“两岸三地”的联动发展。

The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between Fudan University and Beacon Medcare (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. was held at Jinghui Hall of Fudan School of Pharmacy in the morning of January 18, 2017. Among the attendants included Mr. Steven Cheng (Chairman) and Mr. John Teng (co-founder) of Beacon Medcare Co., Ltd., Dr. Ruihua Zhao (Department of Science and Technology, Fudan University), Professor Ming-Wei Wang (Dean), Professor Xun Sun (Vice Dean) who chaired the event, Professor Chen Jiang, Drs. Tao Sun and Limei Han from School of Pharmacy, Fudan University. Professor Yonghui Wang of Shanghai Center for Drug Discovery and Development was also present. Mr. Cheng briefly introduced the clinical significance and market prospect of this joint project. Drs. Wang and Sun, respectively, illustrated the recent advances at Fudan School of Pharmacy relative to scientific research, technology platform, drug development and talent training, hoping that this collaboration will lead to additional opportunities in promoting cross-strait co-development involving mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
