个人简介 

王聪博士现为复旦大学药学院青年研究员,博士生导师。博士毕业于复旦大学药学院,后于复旦大学工研院从事博士后研究。王聪博士聚焦于脑疾病诊治重大需求,针对临床广泛使用的结构成像存在灵敏度不足、特异性不佳、时效性不强等瓶颈,在构建高灵敏、高特异性可视化神经系统探针方面做出了系统的工作。在国际权威期刊发表论文20余篇,包括Nat Biomed EngEBioMedicineAdv Mater等,获得中国授权专利2项。作为课题负责人承担国家级项目4项,上海市项目3项;入选博士后创新人才支持计划、上海市“启明星”人才项目、上海市东方英才计划青年项目等,曾获得2023世界分子影像大会的Young Investigator Award2020百特中国青年研究者奖等荣誉。

科研成果 

本团队瞄准难治性癫痫诊治重大需求,针对临床广泛使用的结构成像存在灵敏度不足、特异性不佳、时效性不强等瓶颈,在构建高灵敏、高特异性可视化神经系统探针方面做出了系统的工作,提出了受体梯次双靶成像策略,开发了可视化神经元异常放电定位致癫灶的影像技术,实现了致痫灶从结构看不见功能看得见的跨越,对扩大临床难治性癫痫手术适用人群具有重要意义。
