科研成果

专注于原创靶标的小分子药物研究,特别是靶向糖脂代谢相关酶的原创新药开发,用于抗肿瘤、糖尿病及干眼症的治疗。以通讯作者身份(含共同)在Cell Metab.、Nat. Struct. Mol. Biol、PNAS、JACS、Angew Chem、JMC、APSB等杂志上发表多篇研究论文,申请10多项专利包括3项PCT专利,完成2项新药项目成果转化,获得中国药学会科技二等奖、上海药学科技一等奖(均排名第一)
