科研成果

主要聚焦于可视化递药系统研究。通过揭示供体-受体(D-A)型分子的空间构象与其光物理性质之间的关系,提出基于分子空间构象的拉曼散射、荧光发射新机制,指导诊疗一体化分子探针设计和可视化递药系统构建,实现术中超灵敏无基底拉曼成像和NIR-II荧光成像技术引导精准诊疗,提高光学分子影像探针在体内诊断的灵敏度和生物安全性。以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature Biotechnology等期刊发表论文多篇,ESI高被引论文1篇,杂志亮点报道1篇,授权中国发明专利5项。
