驻点保安突发事件应急方案
Procedures for security guards in case of emergencies
为切实保障校园安全，严格履行保安职责，根据驻点的防范要求和实际情况，保安人员在值勤中如遇突发事件应采取以下措施：
To protect property and interest of School of Pharmacy, Fudan University, the following procedures should be followed by security guards in case of emergencies:
Theft, robbery at RRDCC
a，对可疑作案人员采取暗中监视，必要时向驻点主管汇报；
Keep eye on suspect, and report it to supervisor if needed;
b，如遇盗窃、抢劫分子正在作案，视情况组织队员当场抓获，同时拨打110报警，并报告驻点领导；
Stop the act, dial 110, and report it immediately to General Manager and Chief Scientific Officer;
c，保护案发现场不受人为破坏，协助公安机关破案；
Protect the scene of action, and provide assistance to policeman;
d，值班保安不得擅离职守，任何情况下都应保证大楼出入口有人坚守；
Ensure that the building entrance is guarded at all times;
e，做好案发情况值勤记录。
Make detailed record of all actions.

Fire emergency at RRDCC
2.1，在工作时间内发生火警
Fire emergency during working hours
a，应立即通知分析、化学信息学及药理部门停止质谱、核磁和服务器的运行，并立即向驻点领导或主管报告；
Notify analytical, chemoinformatics and pharmacology departments to shut down the LC-MS, NMR and server in case of fire emergency, and report it immediately to GM, CSO or supervisor;
b，应迅速组织自救、报警和人员疏散工作；
Make a decision to extinguish the fire by ourselves, or dial 119 for help and ask employees to evacuate the building;
c，具有消防经验的保安可参加自救活动，其他保安协助组织现场的公司员工疏散至紧急集合地点；
Participate in fire-extinguishing activity, and give instruction to employees for evacuation;
2.2，在非工作时间内发生火警
Fire emergency during off-working hours
a，如火势较小，可自己扑灭，并报告驻点领导或主管；
Extinguish the fire if it’s controllable, and report it to GM, CSO or supervisor;
b，如火势较大，应拨打119报警，并立即报告驻点领导或主管报告；
Dial 119 for help if it’s dangerous, and report it immediately to GM, CSO or supervisor;
2.3，拨打119报警时，说清火警发生的地方、部位，燃烧的物品和火势；
Describe the location, involved substances and detailed nature of fire clearly when dialing 119;
2.4，做好现场警戒，保持道路畅通，引导消防人员进入现场；
Keep the road free, and help extinguisher access the scene of emergency;
2.5，做好火警情况值勤记录。

2.1，在工作时间内发生火警
Fire emergency during working hours
a，应立即通知分析、化学信息学及药理部门停止质谱、核磁和服务器的运行，并立即向驻点领导或主管报告；

b，如火势较大，应拨打119报警，并立即报告驻点领导或主管报告；

2.3，拨打119报警时，说清火警发生的地方、部位，燃烧的物品和火势；

a，一旦发生断电，立即联系基地物业弄清断电原因和持续时间；
Contact ZJ biotech and pharmaceutical base to get the reason and duration in case of electricity shut-off;
b，如断电时间超过5分钟，应立即通知××××××××；
Contact ×××××× immediately if shut-off will last for > 5 minutes;
c，剧毒品储藏室发生报警事件，应立即通知×××；
Contact ××× in case of alert of toxic chemical storage room;
d，如联系不上以上相关人员，应立即联系相应主管或领导；
Contact supervisor ×××××× if responsible person is not reachable;
e，做好事故发生、处置和结果记录。
