科研成果
在构建新型纳米给药系统构促进药物口服递送及制剂新技术的工业化应用方面开展了系列研究,并取得一定进展,主要包括:
1. 设计并构建GMO立方液晶纳米粒,率先考察其促进难溶性药物口服吸收的作用及机理。所制备的立方液晶纳米粒生物利用度为Neoral®这一公认的环孢素A高生物利用度制剂的1.8倍,这类脂质纳米粒在小肠部位的解聚及脂解是其发挥作用的基础,研究结果为难溶性药物的高口服生物利用度制剂研发提供了新的选择和参考。
2. 利用温度敏感凝胶体系的温敏性质,设计并构建了内部胶凝化脂质体,提高脂质体冷冻干燥过程、室温储存及人体内稳定性,与此同时,脂质体磷脂双分子层生物相容性好的特点得以保留。
3. 发展流化床小丸上样技术,制备环糊精包合物及固体分散体小丸,所制得小丸直接填充胶囊,“一步”成型;实现自微乳化给药系统、混合胶束制剂等液体制剂的固态化,改善液体制剂固有的不稳定缺陷。相应技术具有良好的工业化应用前景。
4. 基于大部分化合物溶解度具有pH依赖的特点,通过酸碱中和反应,发展酸/碱溶析法制备纳米结晶新技术,可以减小或避免毒性有机溶剂的使用,极具开发潜力。
5. 申请专利2项(授权2项)。
