在新型粘膜给药系统领域,设计构建了多种显著提高粘膜滞留效果的新型载药系统, 包括基于泊洛沙姆407与卡拉胶组合的温度敏感型原位凝胶制剂和基于苯硼酸糖敏感性的粘蛋白敏感型纳米载体,并将其用于鼻腔、阴道等多种给药途径,改善了药物的全身/局部生物利用度。发表研究论文20余篇,申请专利5项(授权1项)。
