1.炎症免疫性疾病治疗新靶标与新药物研究;

2.天然药物作用靶点发现及分子药理机制研究;

3.新药临床前药效评价与药理机制研究

已建立类风湿关节炎、红斑狼疮、溃疡性结肠炎、动脉粥样硬化、特应性皮炎、银屑病、糖尿病、肥胖、酒精与非酒精性脂肪肝、各种纤维化(肺、心、肝)等疾病模型,利用这些模型开展活性药物的筛选,新药临床前评价及分子药理机制研究。
