2016年3月19日傍晚，全国人大常委会副委员长陈竺院士及夫人中国工程院陈赛娟院士在上海血液学研究所会见了复旦大学药学院院长、国家新药筛选中心主任兼国家化合物样品库主任王明伟研究员。王明伟向陈副委员长通报了刚刚落幕的2016年皇后镇分子生物学（上海）会议的盛况和复旦大学药学院80周年院庆的活动安排，并与他和陈赛娟院士讨论了上海广慈转化医学研究发展基金会的业务思路。
Vice Chairman of NPC Zhu Chen meets Professor Ming-Wei Wang in Shanghai
In the early evening of March 19, 2016, Professor Zhu Chen, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) of China, and his wife, Professor Saijuan Chen (Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering), met with Professor Ming-Wei Wang, Dean, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University and Director of the National Center for Drug Screening/Chinese National Compound Library, at Shanghai Institute of Hematology. He was briefed by Dr. Wang with the successful conclusion of 2016 Queenstown Molecular Biology Meetings in Shanghai and celebration arrangements of the 80th anniversary of Fudan School of Pharmacy. They also discussed business direction of Shanghai Guangci Translational Medical Research Foundation.
