2016年1月18日至22日，国际著名药理学家、澳大利亚莫纳什大学药学研究所教授Patrick M. Sexton博士应复旦大学药学院院长王明伟研究员的邀请前来我院进行学术交流。访问期间，Sexton博士作了题为“对胰高血糖素类肽-1受体信号偏向转导分子机制的认识”的学术讲座，参观了位于张江高科技园区的多家公立研究机构，出席了我院2015年度总结表彰大会，与部分教师和研究生进行了面对面的交谈，并被聘为我院兼职教授。
Dr. Patrick Sexton of Monash University visits Fudan School of Pharmacy
Dr. Patrick M. Sexton, an internationally renowned pharmacologist and professor of Monash University (Melbourne, Australia), visited School of Pharmacy, Fudan University between January 18 and 22, 2016. He was invited by Professor Ming-Wei Wang, Dean of the school. During the visit, Dr. Sexton delivered a lecture entitled “Towards a molecular understanding of biased signaling at the glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor”, toured several publicly funded research establishments located in Zhangjiang High-Tech Park, attended 2015 Summarization and Awards Ceremony, made several rounds of academic exchanges with some senior scientists and graduate students and was appointed as an adjunct professor of the school.
