在中国科学院国际合作局曹京华局长的主持下，“中科院—诺和诺德研究基金”2016年度理事会于1月8日下午在北京举行。理事会成员中国科学院生物物理研究所徐涛所长、复旦大学药学院院长兼国家新药筛选中心主任王明伟研究员、诺和诺德公司Boerge Diderichsen副总裁、Soeren Tullin副总裁（通过在线网络）、诺和诺德公司中国研发中心王保平总裁和张芳副总裁出席了会议。在听取了中国科学院天津工业生物技术研究所和诺和诺德公司中国研发中心有关合作联盟项目的介绍后，与会人员回顾了“中科院—诺和诺德研究基金”近9年来的发展进程并讨论了近期的工作计划。中国科学院国际合作局欧洲事务处王东瑶副处长列席了会议。会后，双方交换了签署后的最近一轮捐赠协议文本。
Dr. Ming-Wei Wang attends 2016 board meeting of Novo Nordisk-CAS Research Fund in Beijing
Chaired by Mr. Jinghua Cao, Director-General of Bureau of International Cooperation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the annual board meeting of Novo Nordisk-CAS Research Fund was held in Beijing in the afternoon of January 8, 2016. Present were board members such as Drs. Tao Xu (Director of Institute of Biophysics, CAS), Ming-Wei Wang (Dean, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University and Director, the National Center for Drug Screening), Boerge Diderichsen (Vice President, Novo Nordisk), Soeren Tullin (Vice President, Novo Nordisk via internet), Baoping Wang (President of Novo Nordisk China R&D Center) and Fang Zhang (Vice President). Following a collaboration consortium report by Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology, CAS and Novo Nordisk China R&D Center, the participants reviewed nearly 9-year operations of the fund and discussed the near-term working plan. Madam Dongyao Wang (Deputy Chief of Division of European Affairs, Bureau of International Cooperation of CAS) attended the meeting. After the meeting, the parties exchanged the executed copies of the agreement covering a recent round of donation.
