2015年12月18日上午，国家新药筛选中心主任、复旦大学药学院院长王明伟研究员在国家化合物样品库召开了“血清和糖皮质激素调节激酶3抑制剂合作开发研讨会”。参会人员包括复旦大学药学院王永辉教授、叶德泳教授、陈瑛副教授、魏邦国副教授、叶丽副教授、雷新胜副教授以及中国科学院上海药物研究所赵玉军研究员。会上大家热烈讨论了由高通量筛选所发现的活性化合物之结构改造等事宜。国家化合物样品库副研究员杨德华和助理研究员戴薪传参加了研讨。
SGK3 inhibitor collaboration discussion held at CNCL
Chaired by Dr. Ming-Wei Wang, Director of the National Center for Drug Screening and Dean of Fudan School of Pharmacy, a roundtable discussion about collaboration on serum and glucocorticoid-regulated kinase 3 (SGK3) inhibitor development was held at the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the morning of December 18, 2015. Present were Drs. Yonghui Wang, Deyong Ye, Ying Chen, Bangguo Wei, Li Ye and Xinsheng Lei from School of Pharmacy, Fudan University, as well as Dr. Yujun Zhao from Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences. They enthusiastically discussed structural modifications of the active leads discovered by high-throughput screening campaigns. Dr. Dehua Yang and Ms. Xinchuan Dai from CNCL participated in the meeting.
