2015年12月17日下午，复旦大学药学院院长王明伟研究员、党委副书记王宁宁女士和院长助理李嫣副教授访问了上海绿谷制药有限公司，与副总经理兼绿谷研究院副院长江磊博士和项目经理孙丹妮博士商谈了双边合作。会谈中，王明伟院长首先介绍了“相约张江”学术报告会共享联动机制，江磊博士表示绿谷研究院也非常愿意加盟。随后，双方就复旦药学院80周年院庆捐助、建立学生校外实习基地以及设立奖学奖教金等事宜进行磋商，并初步达成意向。
In the afternoon of December 17, 2015, Dr. Ming-Wei Wang (Dean), Madam Ningning Wang (Deputy CCP Committee Secretary) and Dr. Yan Li (Assistant Dean) of School of Pharmacy, Fudan University, visited the Research Institute of Shanghai Green Valley Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and met with Drs. Lei Jiang (Deputy General Manager) and Danni Sun (Project Manager). During the discussion, Dr. Ming-Wei Wang first introduced the academic seminar resource-sharing mechanism entitled “Gathering in Zhangjiang”, in which Dr. Jiang expressed his sincere interest for Green Valley to join. The parties then talked about sponsoring the 80th anniversary celebration of Fudan School of Pharmacy, establishing an undergraduate internship program and providing teaching fellowship and student scholarship, among other topics. A common understanding was reached in the exchange.
