1. 探索天然来源的低生物利用度成分（如中药多糖）如何以肠道为原点调控跨器官通讯影响疾病发展过程，发现干细胞介导黏膜屏障稳态、肠特异性表达蛋白泄露与NKT细胞的定向迁移是“肠-X轴”调控的重要机制，构建了基于干细胞与类器官平台的药物发现策略。
2. 发现炎症性肠病的新型药物靶点分选连接蛋白10（SNX10）及两类靶向SNX10促进干细胞再生与肠黏膜愈合的新型小分子化合物。
