主要科研贡献
1 利用基因工程技术表达人源化蛋白药物和治疗性酶、长效性融合蛋白。已利用毕赤酵母成功表达人载脂蛋白A-I、CTP-恩度、胰蛋白酶元,利用哺乳动物细胞系统表达Fc-NGF。并进一步研究了载脂蛋白A-I抗动脉粥样硬化作用机肝靶向作用。
2 利用微生物转化天然产物,获得活性更好的非天然天然产物和通过微生物转化提高植物中活性化合物的含量
