天然药物化学和化学生物学
1. 中药或药用植物中抗阿尔茨海默症、抗抑郁、抗血管衰老、抗肿瘤、抗炎等活性成分的发现、结构优化、构效关系及作用机制研究。
2. 基于基因挖掘技术和表观遗传学技术对微生物(尤其是植物内生菌)次生代谢产物开展研究。
3. 高通量天然产物化学研究;大型“类药性”天然产物样品库的建立;天然产物的快速和微量结构鉴定。
