简历及主要成果

     自1994年以来历任第二军医大学助教、讲师,NIH访问学者,美恩生物研究员,复旦大学药学院教授。关于肿瘤单克隆抗体的研究成果发表在肿瘤学国际著名杂志Journal of Clinical Oncology;关于树突状细胞免疫治疗的研究成果发表在Cancer Research;关于肿瘤细胞自噬的研究论文发表在Autophagy等杂志;关于纳米药物的论文发表在Biomaterials等杂志。此外还在Theranostics, Oncotarget, Molecular Neurobiology,Cell Death & Disease等杂志上发表70余篇SCI论文。以申请人的身份共获得2项科技部新药重大创制项目、4项国家自然科学基金、1项国家科技部创新基金、9项上海市科委的重大科技项目资助。参加国家重大科学研究计划”973”1项。负责多个生物技术新药的研发。共申请国内发明专利28项,获得批准美国发明专利1项。多次获国家和军队科技进步奖。

 

 

研究方向

1. 生物技术新药的研究与开发:包括单克隆抗体、细胞因子、氨基酸耗竭酶、免疫融合蛋白等新药的研发及作用机制研究。

2. 医学免疫学:包括肿瘤细胞治疗与免疫治疗,自身免疫疾病和病毒感染的免疫治疗研究。

3. 靶向递药研究:包括肿瘤靶向或器官靶向生物治疗与基因治疗,靶向纳米递药技术及其生物学效应研究。
